I haven’t ever done that, so it’s hard to say. I’d think you’d want to leave a little spot on the strawberry where there’s no chocolate so that you can stick a skewer into it to put it onto the tree.

No, when strawberries are thawed they are very soft and mushy. They will not work for chocolate covered strawberries.
