I can’t believe how easily it all came together. And believe me, I don’t have beginners’ luck the first time I try a new recipe. I started the mixer and in less than 60 seconds I had the most beautiful peppermint cream. Rolled out nicely, cut beautifully and how delicious! This one is a keeper for my Christmas trays.
