I haven’t used a loaf pan to be able to say. I imagine you could, but I’m not sure what adjustments would need to be made for size. Glass is fine, but can affect baking a bit and give you a darker/crispier edge. I wouldn’t recommend a disposable pan, but you could try it.

Can you use a 9” glass pan or rectangular metal loaf pans? If yes, what size? What about a disposable round cake pan?

That should be fine. You may want to thaw them and pat them dry first.
