I made this recipe last night and then baked it this evening for company. I served it with Italian bread, a southwestern salad with avocado lime dressing and tangerine sunshine iced tea with mottled strawberries. This exceeded my expectations! Sometimes people that are amazing bakers don’t do so well with savoury dishes, but not you! This is so yummy and a little is so filling. Everyone loved this and it’s so easy to make. This is the first time I’ve made one of your recipes that wasn’t a sweet, but it won’t be the last. We had your berry almond pie for dessert. Also a huge hit! Ive made it before and I knew it would go well with this dish because it is so light and creamy in contrast to the heaviness of the casserole. This is the perfect dish for casual company because you can still enjoy your visit as all the prep can be done the night before. You are great at what you do and you’ve turned me into a great baker!
