Such a wonderful review! Thank you! I’m so glad you enjoyed it! And yes, you can definitely add more salt to the frosting. It’s not weird. It definitely cuts down the sweetness. You just want to make sure not to add too much.

You can, it just tends to be a little more dense. You may want to reduce the temperature to 325.
