If running and cycling are not for you, then try something that you can do in the comfort of your own home for free! Body weight exercises use the weigh that you already have to tone and develop your muscles. Sit-ups, lunges, squats and crunches are great for building muscles and toning up your body. The App also allows you to track your daily calorie intake and fat burned. There is a graph that tracks your weight loss as well. This is a great App for people who are serious about loosing those extra pounds.
iFitness
This is another iPhone App, but this one will cost you £1.99. Not much to pay for such a brilliant programme! This App offers over 230 exercises, which are sorted into the different regions of your body, the different muscle groups and experience levels. There are also video instructions, stopwatch timers and custom exercises available on this App.
